At the Last Supper, as Jesus was preparing his disciples for His impending death Jesus told them he will be with them only a little while longer, and that where he is going, they cannot come but he would return and take them him where he is with the Father. This prompted questions by Phillip and Thomas who tells the Master, they don’t know where Jesus is going and asks for directions on how to get there. In our message Jesus’s response to Thomas’s records one of the most well-known and comforting passages of all scripture, John 14:6, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.
